Full Time Site Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Make Perfect Design & Build Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Minimum 3 years of experience in construction or renovation site supervision.

• Knowledge of construction drawings, materials, and site practices.

• Able to handle multiple sites and work independently with minimal supervision.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site.

1. Site Supervision & Coordination

• Supervise daily site activities to ensure work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and schedule.

• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and workers to ensure smooth site operations.

• Monitor site manpower, materials, and equipment usage.

• Ensure all works are performed safely and comply with company quality standards.

  2. Project Progress & Reporting

  • Prepare and update daily site progress reports, photo records, and site diary.

  • Report site issues, delays, and material shortages to the Project Manager promptly.

  • Assist in planning work sequences and ensuring timely completion of project milestones.

    3. Quality & Safety Control

    • Inspect workmanship and ensure compliance with design drawings and specifications.

    • Conduct quality checks before submission for client or consultant inspection.

    • Enforce safety rules and ensure workers follow site safety procedures.

    • Report any unsafe acts or conditions immediately.

      4. Site Documentation

      • Maintain and update site documents such as material delivery orders (DO), inspection forms, attendance records, and work permits.

      • Assist in variation work recording and verification with subcontractors.

      • Liaise with Document Controller for proper filing of all site-related documentation.

        5. Coordination with Project Team

        • Work closely with the Project Manager, Designers, and Engineers to resolve site issues.

        • Attend site meetings and provide updates on work progress and challenges.

        • Communicate effectively with clients or consultants when required.

          6. Others

          • Ensure site cleanliness and good housekeeping at all times.

          • Perform any other duties assigned by the Project Manager or Management.
