Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Able to coordinate delivery arrangements with drivers, subcontractors and internal teams.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.

Coordinate daily B2B and B2C LTL deliveries, including pickup and delivery schedules.

Plan and arrange deliveries with internal drivers and third-party transport partners.

Monitor long-haul and last-mile delivery performance and escalate operational risks or delays.

Ensure proper shift handover and update delivery statuses, pending issues and exceptions.

Liaise with warehouse, customer service and operations teams to resolve delivery issues and maintain smooth daily operations.
