Full Time Customer Support - Asia Jobs, in Skyways Technics Selangor - Maukerja

Support commercial customer relations to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Skyways Technics’ activities regard the Part 145 repair of structural aircraft components. We are looking for a trustworthy and goal-oriented professional, to join our Customer Support function in Asia in our facility in Subang, Malaysia.

You will report directly to the Head of Repair Sales.

Position Overview

• Respond to customer enquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner, including the preparation and issuance of invoices.
• Process and coordinate repair orders in close collaboration with the Repair Sales Managers.
• Coordinate the movement of incoming and outgoing spare parts with the logistics and planning teams, as well as freight forwarders, to ensure timely delivery.
• Liaise with technical services to obtain repair status, technical updates, and guidance, and communicate relevant information clearly to customers.
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the entire repair cycle, from unit receipt through repair, completion, delivery, and final invoicing.
• Prepare repair quotations based on customer requirements and follow up proactively to obtain customer approval.
• Prepare and maintain monthly invoice forecasts and reports to support business planning and performance monitoring.
  
  

Your background

You have a minimum of 2-year of proven work experience in a customer support role, ideally focused on the commercial aviation industry in a Part-145 organization.
