Full Time Kitchen Crew (Beverage and Plating) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in Gosame Bukit Tunku Federal Territory - Maukerja

Gosame is a Korean restaurant in Bukit Tunku, Kuala Lumpur. We are building out the kitchen team.

Kitchen Crew is the pass and the drinks station. You do not cook. You plate what the cooks send, build the trays, make the drinks, and get everything out while it is still hot. On a full floor, you are the reason food reaches the table in time.

What you will do

• Plate dishes at the pass as the kitchen fires them
• Build each tray to the plan on the screen, then mark it ready so the runner collects it
• Make the drinks: ades, sodas, teas and iced water
• Keep banchan portioned and topped up through service
• Prep and restock your station before service, clean it down after
• Tell the kitchen early when something is running low

What we are looking for

• You can work a rotating shift, including weekends and public holidays
• You are quick and tidy with your hands, and you care what the plate looks like
• You can stand and move for a full shift and carry a loaded tray
• You keep your head when ten tables order at once
• No cooking experience needed. We will train you on every dish

The shifts, so there are no surprises

• Opening: 9:30am to 5:30pm
• Closing: 4:00pm to midnight
• Five day week, 45 hours, with a paid staff meal and a rest break on every shift

Two things the law requires before you start

• A Food Handler Training certificate from a school recognised by the Ministry of Health
• An anti-typhoid vaccination

If you do not have either yet, say so when you apply. The Company can book the course and pay for it up front.

What we offer

• RM 2,000 to RM 3,000 a month, depending on your experience
• A performance allowance of up to RM 200 a month on top
• EPF, SOCSO and EIS from your first ringgit
• A free staff meal on every shift
• Uniform provided
• Three month probation, then confirmation in writing

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
