Full Time Senior QAQC Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in Heath Care (Dialysis) Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

We are seeking an experienced Senior QA/QC professional with relevant experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or related projects. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring all project works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards and project requirements, while managing site inspections, testing and QA/QC documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor QA/QC procedures and Quality Management System for the project.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, method statements and ITP.
• Prepare and maintain ITP, checklists, Inspection Requests (IR/WIR), test reports and quality records.
• Monitor material approvals, material inspections and site/laboratory testing to ensure compliance with project requirements.
• Inspect civil, structural, concrete, earthwork and general construction works for quality compliance.
• Identify and manage NCRs, defects, corrective and preventive actions until proper closure.
• Review method statements, shop drawings, material submissions and inspection requirements.
• Coordinate quality inspections and issues with consultants, engineers, contractors, subcontractors and project teams.
• Prepare regular QA/QC reports and maintain complete project quality documentation.
• Assist with quality audits, project handover, defect rectification and final documentation.
• Identify quality issues and recommend appropriate improvements and corrective actions.
• Ensure works comply with contractual requirements, project specifications, Malaysian Standards and applicable regulations.
• Perform other QA/QC duties as assigned by Management or Project Manager.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of relevant QA/QC experience; candidates with 5+ years of experience are preferred.
• Experience in construction, civil engineering, infrastructure or building projects.
• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quality Management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, inspection, testing and construction quality standards.
• Experienced in ITP, Method Statements, IR/WIR, NCR, material approvals, testing and quality documentation.
• Good understanding of civil, structural, concrete and earthwork activities.
• Able to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications and project requirements.
• Familiar with relevant Malaysian Standards and construction requirements.
• Good communication, coordination, documentation and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors and site teams.
• Based in Seremban or willing to work in Seremban, Negeri Sembilan.
• Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
