Bachelor's degree in information technology or business information system education background.

CGPA of 3.5 or above..

Notice Period: Immediate joiner or maximum 2 weeks' notice.

This is an operations-focused role. Although an Information Technology background is required, the position does not involve coding or software development. Candidates should be comfortable performing structured and repetitive operational tasks on a daily basis.

Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.

Willingness to handle repetitive tasks.

Willing to respond to client inquiries outside of working hours.

Service-oriented with a customer-focused mindset.

Client account setup, invitation and activation, freezing/unfreezing, and quota settings.

Contract review.

Billing, invoice generation, and prepaid client balance monitoring.

Balance adjustments after client top-ups.

Timely response and resolution of client issues.
