Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) and photocopiers, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity of office equipment.

Provide excellent technical support and customer service to clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns professionally and efficiently.

Conduct on-site service calls to client locations in Petaling Jaya and surrounding areas, demonstrating punctuality and reliability.

Maintain accurate service records, including detailed reports of repairs, parts used, and time spent on each job.

Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of equipment.

Stay updated with the latest technologies and advancements in MFP and photocopier systems through continuous learning and training opportunities.

Perform routine maintenance and repair on Multi-Function Printers (MFPs) and photocopiers, including diagnosing and resolving mechanical, electrical, and software issues.

Respond to service calls and customer requests in a timely and efficient manner, providing on-site technical support and troubleshooting for equipment malfunctions.
