Carry out swimmer assessments at the end of each term and provide constructive feedback to swimmers and parents.

Promote positive values such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and mutual respect during lessons.

Assist with swimming meets, events, camps, and related programme activities when required.

Communicate with parents and members on lesson matters, swimmer progress, and general enquiries.

Maintain attendance records and comply with operational, safety, and programme requirements.

Support other operational duties as assigned by the HOD or Management.

A valid First Aid and CPR-AED certification.

Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children.

Positive work attitude with the ability to collaborate well as a team player.

Passion for swimming and a commitment to imparting life skills to children.

Flexibility and willingness to work training shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
