Full Time Head of Finance – Private Equity Firm - Singapore Jobs, in Mondrian Alpha - Maukerja

Mondrian Alpha has been engaged by a growing Private Equity firm to identify a Head of Finance for its Singapore operations. The business has an established investment platform and is looking to strengthen its finance leadership as it continues to expand its presence and investment activities across the region.

This is a highly visible appointment, working directly with senior management and the investment team, with responsibility for overseeing the firm's financial operations and supporting its wider commercial objectives. The successful individual will take ownership of financial reporting, management accounts, budgeting, cash flow and liquidity management, alongside oversight of external administrators, auditors and tax advisers. You will also play a key role in fund-related reporting, capital calls, distributions, regulatory requirements and the development of the firm's financial infrastructure.

The role offers a combination of strategic and hands-on responsibilities, with considerable scope to improve existing processes, enhance reporting capabilities and implement greater automation. You will work closely with investment professionals and senior stakeholders, providing financial insight to support business decisions and the continued growth of the platform.

We are looking for a qualified accountant with a strong background in Private Equity, Private Credit, Venture Capital or broader alternative investment management, ideally with experience operating in a senior finance capacity. Candidates should demonstrate strong technical accounting knowledge, commercial judgement and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders within a fast-paced investment environment.
