Join a dynamic finance function where you’ll take ownership of key accounting activities while partnering with regional teams and business stakeholders. This role offers a well-rounded opportunity to work across financial reporting, tax, audit, treasury and process improvement.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partner with the regional accounting team to ensure accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and year-end closing.

• Review Balance Sheet account reconciliations and follow up on outstanding or unreconciled items.

• Analyse financial performance and prepare insightful variance analysis for management review.

• Provide accounting and financial support to various departments and business units.

• Prepare GST and withholding tax returns, declarations and relevant supporting documentation.

• Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes, financial controls and operational efficiency.

• Support the implementation of process and internal control enhancements.

• Liaise with banks on treasury and banking-related matters.

• Coordinate quarterly and year-end stock take activities.

• Coordinate year-end fixed asset sighting exercises.

• Work closely with internal and external auditors to address audit queries and follow up on recommendations.

• Support year-end tax filing activities.

• Participate in ad-hoc accounting and finance projects, business analysis and other management initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or a related discipline, and above, or equivalent professional qualifications.

• 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably with exposure to General Ledger (GL) functions.

• Experience with accounting software; Oracle experience would be an advantage.

• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.

• Hands-on, collaborative and solution-oriented approach.

• Proactive, self-motivated and adaptable, with a willingness to learn.

• Able to manage multiple priorities, work independently and meet deadlines.
