Full Time Procurement Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,200 in Simosynergy Selangor - Maukerja

Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Experience in manufacturing purchasing or the engineering sector is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with ERP systems (e.g. SQL).

Good command of English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Mandarin proficiency is preferred to liaise with regional raw material suppliers.

Strong negotiation, analytical and vendor management skills.

Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Assist the Purchasing Manager in daily administrative work.

Process purchase requisitions and prepare purchase orders.

Follow up with suppliers on order confirmations, material availability and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with production planning and warehouse teams to ensure materials are available when required.

Monitor outstanding purchase orders and highlight potential material shortages to the Purchasing Manager or requestor.

Verify supplier quotations, delivery orders, invoices and material specifications.

Maintain proper purchasing documentation and filing.

Perform other purchasing-related duties assigned by the superior.
