Technician (Product Test / Yield Development)

We are looking for a motivated and collaborative individual tojoin the Engineering Services team under the Product Development Group. Youwill have the opportunity to  work withvarious cross-functional teams supporting engineering activities for producttest/yield development, characterization, samples generation & Reliabilityqualification execution. Also, provide first level of debug on rejects andsupport operational logistic. With rapidly growing product roadmap, yourcreativity and out of the box thinking can give a positive impact to processimprovement initiatives in the above context.

Key Responsibilities:

• Executeevaluation for test program or product qualification activities.
• Providebasic and higher technical level of debug via root cause analysis in resolvingequipment related issues 
• Documenttest results and generate result and debug report timely.
• Liaise with manufacturing sites andplanners to ensure flawless execution of Engineering Activities.
• Responsible submitting document toengineering lab for execution.
• Participate in process improvement projects and drive forefficiency and productivity improvement results.

The Desired Skills

• NITEC in Electrical / Electronics/Mechanical / Mechatronic Engineering with minimum 3 years of relevantexperience 
• Basic knowledge on Electronics and Semiconductors.
• Understandingof semiconductor testing
• General understanding of manufacturing/operations
• Able to handle multiple task & changing priorities in a fastpaced environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good team player, pro-active, self motivated, Independent,resourceful.
• Computerknowledge (Proficiency in Microsoft Office) and skills in report generation
• Flexibleto work in staggered shifts as required by business needs
