Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the massage and wellness centre.

Assign work schedules and duties to massage therapists and other staff.

Monitor staff performance and ensure good customer service.

Attend to customers’ enquiries, bookings and feedback.

Ensure that massage services are provided according to company standards.

Monitor the cleanliness, hygiene and general condition of the premises.

Manage daily appointment schedules and assist with staff arrangements.

Train and guide new staff on service procedures and workplace practices.

Monitor inventory and arrange replenishment of massage and salon supplies.

Handle basic administrative and operational matters and report daily operations to management.
