Responsibilities
Boutique Supervisor
We are looking for a hands-on and customer-focused Boutique Supervisor to lead daily shift operations, support the service crew, and deliver a great customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
Oversee smooth daily boutique operations and SOP compliance
Manage cleanliness, inventory, stock and deliveries
Ensure accurate cashiering, timesheets and shift reports
Support rostering, manpower planning and cost control
Assist with off-site events and operational improvements
Team Leadership
Lead, train and guide the service crew
Support onboarding and performance management
Maintain positive team morale, discipline and professionalism
Customer Service
Deliver warm and proactive customer service
Prepare and serve gelato according to company standards
Maintain boutique presentation and ambience
Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally
Sales
Support boutique sales targets
Share customer and operational feedback to improve sales and service
Facilities & Compliance
Maintain health and safety standards
Coordinate basic equipment and premises maintenance when required
