About the Roles

We are seeking a Sales Executive to join an industrial equipment manufacturing company in the environmental services industry, based in Bukit Batok. This is a permanent position with a 5-day workweek (Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm), offering a basic salary, transport and attendance allowances, quarterly sales incentives, AWS, and a variable bonus. The role provides opportunities to manage regional customer accounts and collaborate with technical teams in Japan and Southeast Asia.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage and develop customer accounts across Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Strengthen customer relationships while promoting existing and newly launched products.
• Identify customer requirements and participate in technical discussions, sales presentations, and business meetings.
• Prepare quotations, calculate pricing, and negotiate commercial terms with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate with overseas manufacturing facilities on customer orders and delivery arrangements.
• Collaborate with technical teams in Japan and local technical support teams to address customer enquiries and resolve technical matters.
• Prepare sales performance reports, meeting minutes, and other business documentation.
• Participate in business entertainment activities to maintain and strengthen customer relationships when required.

What We’re Looking For

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Development, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the manufacturing, semiconductor or environmental industry.
• Japanese language proficiency (minimum JLPT N2 or above) to communicate effectively with the Japan headquarter.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and numerical abilities, with experience in financial reporting, pricing evaluation, and cost analysis.
• Excellent customer service, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for business purposes when required.
