• Attend to walk-in clients, designers, contractors, developers and project enquiries.
• Understand clients’ project requirements, design preferences and budget.
• Recommend suitable building and interior materials based on project needs.
• Prepare quotations, material proposals and product information.
• Read and understand basic architectural/interior drawings.
• Provide basic design input, material coordination and product suggestions.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations and potential projects.
• Maintain good relationships with clients, designers, contractors and suppliers.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure smooth order and project execution.
• Keep updated on new products, materials, finishes and industry trends.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Building/Construction, Sales & Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in building materials, renovation, interior design, construction, or project sales is an advantage.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Able to understand drawings, measurements, and basic technical specifications.
• Computer literate; knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, Canva, or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
