Minimum Diploma or Degree in any field, preferably in Science, Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business, or related disciplines.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Sales-driven, self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented.

Able to work independently, manage assigned territories, and achieve monthly sales targets.

Good customer relationship management and problem-solving skills.

Willing to travel frequently within the assigned sales territory.

Promote and sell company healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics, and other healthcare outlets.

Develop new customer accounts and expand market coverage within the assigned territory.

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

Achieve monthly sales targets and other assigned KPIs.

Conduct regular customer visits, product presentations, and sales follow-ups.

Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

Ensure proper product merchandising, visibility, and promotional execution at retail outlets.

Prepare and submit sales reports, customer visit records, and market updates.
