1. Videography & Video Production

• Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality sports, fitness, lifestyle, and brand-related videos.
• Capture dynamic sports movements, athletes, training sessions, competitions, and sporting events.
• Produce cinematic footage with a premium, sophisticated, and exclusive visual aesthetic.
• Demonstrate strong camera handling, composition, lighting, framing, and movement techniques.
• Execute professional slow-motion, action sequences, tracking shots, and creative camera angles.
• Ensure all footage meets the company's premium visual and production standards.
• Handle professional camera equipment, lenses, lighting, gimbals, and other production tools.

2. Video Editing & Post-Production

• Edit high-quality cinematic sports videos, brand campaigns, promotional content, and social media videos.
• Apply professional colour grading, sound design, transitions, visual effects, and motion graphics.
• Create visually engaging videos with strong pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact.
• Produce premium-looking videos with a polished, high-end commercial finish.
• Edit content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, advertisements, and other digital platforms.
• Ensure consistency in video quality, colour tones, brand identity, and overall visual presentation.

3. Creative Direction & Visual Storytelling

• Develop creative video concepts, storyboards, shot lists, and production plans.
• Translate creative briefs into visually compelling sports and lifestyle content.
• Contribute fresh ideas for premium brand campaigns, product launches, and sports-related productions.
• Stay updated with international sports cinematography trends, premium advertising styles, and modern editing techniques.
• Work closely with the Creative Director, Marketing Team, and other production team members.
• Maintain a consistent premium and exclusive visual identity across all video productions.

4. Sports & Event Content Production

• Capture high-energy sports events, competitions, athlete performances, and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Produce cinematic sports highlights, athlete profiles, promotional trailers, and event recap videos.
• Demonstrate the ability to capture fast-moving subjects with precision and creativity.
• Deliver visually powerful sports content that reflects the energy, performance, and identity of the brand.

5. Production Management

• Manage the complete video production process from pre-production to final delivery.
• Organise and maintain footage, project files, and production assets.
• Ensure all video projects are completed within the agreed deadlines.
• Maintain and handle production equipment responsibly.
• Review and refine videos based on creative feedback and brand requirements.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
