Location – Rifle Range Army Camp

Duration– 1 year (renewable/ convertible)

Working Days & Time – Monday to Friday (7pm to 7am)

Salary – Up to $3500 + Completion Bonus

Job Scopes:

Lead production operations to meet production, quality, safety and productivity targets
Plan manpower, resources and daily production activities for timely delivery
Monitor production, machine utilization and WIP, and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with drawings, work instructions, ISO standards and company procedures
Investigate production, quality and safety issues and support audits
Manage and control ammunition and regulated items in compliance with procedures and statutory requirements

 Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Production Management, or a related discipline
Minimum 3 years of manufacturing experience, with supervisory experience preferred
Experience in production planning, manpower allocation, and shopfloor operations
Willing to work predominantly on night shift and support day shift operations when required
