Full Time PROCUREMENT EXECUTIVE Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,300 in HARMONI PIPES & FITTINGS (M) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

• Receive and review RFQ, material requisitions, specifications and drawings from clients.
• Source suitable local and overseas suppliers.
• Request quotations and technical/commercial information from suppliers.
• Compare supplier prices, specifications, lead time, payment terms and delivery terms.
• Negotiate competitive pricing and commercial terms.
• Identify alternative suppliers where required to improve pricing, quality and delivery.
• Prepare cost comparison and procurement costing.
• Calculate material cost, freight, inspection, duties, logistics and other related costs.
• Prepare and submit commercial quotation to the client.
• Ensure the quotation is aligned with client specifications and RFQ requirements.
• Follow up with clients regarding quotation status, clarification and negotiation.
• Receive and review Client PO against the original RFQ and quotation.
• Verify quantity, specification, price, delivery date, payment terms and documentation requirements.
• Highlight any discrepancy between Client PO and quotation before order confirmation.
• Coordinate internally to ensure the Client PO is properly registered and executed.
• Prepare and issue Supplier PO according to the approved Client PO.
• Ensure supplier PO clearly reflects required specifications, quantity, quality requirements and delivery schedule.
• Confirm supplier order acceptance and agreed delivery date.
• Monitor procurement progress from order placement until material readiness.
• Review material descriptions, quantities, specifications, standards, delivery requirements and required documentation.
• Identify technical, commercial and delivery requirements before sourcing.
• Prepare a clear procurement list based on the client's RFQ.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
