SALES ADMIN - APEG SOLUTION SDN BHD (SHAH ALAM)

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Vehicle Sales Orders, booking records, invoices and related sales documents.
• Check customer documentation and follow up on incomplete information.
• Coordinate insurance, road tax and vehicle registration before delivery.
• Monitor vehicle stock, allocation, chassis numbers, registration status and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the sales team, stock controller, PDI team, banks and insurance representatives.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly sales, booking, registration and delivery reports.
• Track outstanding payments, deposits, loan disbursements and supporting documents.
• Ensure all transactions comply with company procedures and Proton requirements.
• Assist the Sales Manager and sales consultants with administrative and operational matters.
• Handle general administrative duties and other tasks assigned by management.

QUALIFICATION:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally in an automotive or repair shop environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and supplier.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
