Full Time Technical Support Specialist Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Unitylink Services & Agency Selangor - Maukerja

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.

• Experience in a haulage, transport or logistics company is preferred.

• Good troubleshooting and communication skills.

• Patient and able to guide non-technical users.

• Experience with Absolute and/or SQL Accounting System is preferred.

• Able to work independently and solve problems effectively.

Working hours: 

• Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM;

• Alternate Saturday, 8:30 AM – 1:00 PM

• Provide system support and troubleshoot issues for staff and drivers.

• Guide and train users on the proper use of Absolute and SQL Accounting System.

• Monitor system usage and ensure proper data entry.

• Liaise with software vendors for system issues and improvements.

• Assist with basic IT support and other IT-related tasks.
