Full Time Temp Staff (Sustainability Department) Jobs, Salary up to SGD 1,800 in Monetary Authority Of Singapore Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

The role will provide administrative support to the team leading up to, during and post events.

·       Collating attendance of meeting attendees for the various events and dinners

·       Coordinating with an events management company on the final number of attendees for each event and dinner and seeking the necessary internal approvals for deviations

·       Coordinating with internal departments such as CSD on our asks – e.g. table setup, seat arrangements for meetings and dinners

·       Following up after the meeting to check the invoice from the events management company for accuracy before processing

The role will also provide administrative support to help set up internal and external meetings organised by the team, ASEAN committee meetings including those by sub working groups, and China-led meetings among others:

·       Working with internal and external stakeholders to find a common meeting slot

·       Book meeting venues and process security details of external guests if it is a physical meeting

·       Create conference link if it is a virtual meeting

·       Send out calendar invites for the meeting

·       Obtain materials from external parties to compile and/or circulate to meeting participants

Requirements :

• No working experience required
• Knowledge in MS Word and MS Excel required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
• Careful and meticulous worker
• Able to commit from January to November 2027
