Responsibilities
Job Description:
- To transport the workers to and from work sites, to ensure the workers wear safety gears, to take the attendance, to supervise the laborers works in road patching/heavy patching works, and train new laborers.
- To ensure the works are carried out according to specifications and within a specific time frame.
- To safekeep the machineries/equipment that are assigned to the team.
- To record all works requested and submit works done records to the Foreman, Supervisor/Assistant Supervisor on a daily basis.
- To hold weekly Toolbox meetings with the workers on the safety issues at work sites
- To ensure the traffic management at work sites complies with the standard specifications.
Job Requirements:
- Education PMR and above
- Minimum 2 years experience in construction environment
- Class D Driving License (GDL)
- Knowledge in using and maintenance of patching equipment and tools
- Experience in road pavement construction
- Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia both oral and written skills.
