About the Opportunity

Are you an Occupational Therapist who enjoys making a meaningful difference in people's lives?

We are partnering with an established healthcare organisation in Singapore to recruit an Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping individuals improve their functional abilities, regain confidence and achieve greater independence in their daily lives.

Beyond delivering occupational therapy interventions, this role offers the opportunity to contribute to rehabilitation outcomes, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and play an active part in improving the quality of care services.

We are looking for someone who brings not just sound clinical expertise, but also empathy, initiative and a genuine passion for helping others achieve a better quality of life.

What You'll Be Doing

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, evaluating patients' physical, cognitive, psychosocial and functional abilities to develop individualised intervention plans.

Plan and deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions aimed at improving functional independence, daily living skills and overall quality of life.

Support patients in maintaining or regaining their ability to perform meaningful everyday activities, promoting confidence, dignity and independence.

Work collaboratively with doctors, nurses, therapists and other healthcare professionals to deliver holistic, person-centred care.

Monitor rehabilitation progress and adjust intervention plans according to individual needs, therapeutic goals and clinical outcomes.

Provide professional guidance and training to care staff, equipping them with the knowledge and skills to support patients' rehabilitation and functional needs.

Engage patients and their families through education, practical recommendations and guidance on rehabilitation goals.

Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of rehabilitation programmes, clinical workflows and care practices.

Maintain accurate clinical documentation while upholding professional and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For

Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognised institution.

Registered with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) in Singapore.

At least 3 years of relevant occupational therapy experience, preferably in healthcare, rehabilitation, community care or long-term care settings.

Strong clinical assessment, rehabilitation planning and intervention skills.

Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage patients, families and multidisciplinary care teams.

A proactive and collaborative team player who is comfortable working independently and contributing ideas to improve care delivery.

A genuine passion for patient care and helping individuals achieve greater independence and improved quality of life.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

Make a Meaningful Difference

Your work goes beyond therapy sessions. You will play an important role in helping individuals regain confidence, improve their functional abilities and lead more independent and fulfilling lives.

Contribute Beyond Clinical Care

Be involved not only in delivering occupational therapy services, but also in improving rehabilitation programmes, care practices and service quality.

Work in a Collaborative Environment

Be part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team where your clinical expertise and contributions are valued in delivering holistic, person-centred care.

Build a Purposeful Career

Apply your clinical knowledge and expertise in an environment where your work can make a tangible difference to the people you care for.

We work across both the commercial and social impact sectors, partnering with organisations ranging from growing businesses and established companies to charities and social service agencies. Our searches span senior leadership, finance, operations, corporate services and other critical functional appointments.

We believe good search goes beyond matching a job description to a CV. We invest time in understanding the organisation, the context behind each hire and what success in the role truly requires. This allows us to assess candidates not only for their experience and capabilities, but also for their motivations, leadership approach and fit with the organisation’s direction and culture.

Our approach is research-led, consultative and highly personalised. We actively map the market and engage potential candidates, including individuals who may not be actively looking for a new role. Throughout the process, we aim to provide candidates with an open and thoughtful conversation about the opportunity, so that both the organisation and the individual can make an informed decision about whether there is a genuine fit.

At Crossover Search, we recognise that a career move is an important decision. Whether we are speaking with an experienced executive considering their next leadership chapter or a professional ready to take on a broader role, we seek to understand the person behind the CV and what matters to them in the next stage of their career.
