Commercial Project: retail, F&B, office
Responsibilities
Lead the overall planning, coordination, execution, and completion of projects, ensuring profitability and alignment with company objectives.
Manage projects from development and manufacturing through site installation and final completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, NSCs, subcontractors, and internal project teams.
Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, resources, and overall project progress.
Resolve design, technical, and site issues while ensuring quality standards and timely completion.
Prepare project reports, manage project documentation and claims, and provide regular progress updates to management.
Requirements
Candidate with at least 8 years project manager experience in commerical fit out industry are welcome to apply.
