Senior Java Full Stack Developer

Location: Singapore

Employment Type: 12-Month Contract

Experience: 10+ Years

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer to join an enterprise technology team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Java, Spring Boot, React.js, Microservices, Kafka, and Azure Cloud, with experience delivering scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, and React.js.
• Design and implement microservices-based architectures and RESTful APIs.
• Develop and support Kafka-based event-driven applications.
• Deploy and optimize applications on Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement DevOps best practices.
• Work with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift for containerization and deployment.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and ensure application reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in code reviews, and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

10+ years of hands-on software development experience

Strong expertise in Java 8/11/17, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework

Extensive experience with React.js, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3

Strong experience in Microservices Architecture and RESTful APIs

Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems

Experience with Microsoft Azure Cloud

Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions

Experience with Docker and Kubernetes/OpenShift

Strong understanding of distributed systems, Git, Agile methodologies, and production support

Good to Have

• Azure certifications such as AZ-204 or AZ-305.
• Experience with Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Application Insights, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Dynatrace.
• Experience in enterprise-scale or financial services environments.
