Full Time Executive - Account Services Jobs, in Alrajhi Bank Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our Account Services team within Retail Operations. This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely execution of account servicing activities, supporting operational excellence, regulatory compliance and a seamless customer experience across various banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a wide range of account services functions, including account opening and closure, eKYC processing, cheque book requests, dormant account management, digital banking support, and other operational activities.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, AML/KYC standards, and operational controls.
• Work closely with branches, business units, and stakeholders to support service delivery and resolve operational matters.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives, departmental projects, and operational reporting.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Banking, Finance, Accountancy, Business, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably within banking operations or financial services.
• Knowledge of banking operations, compliance, AML/KYC, and operational controls.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
