Full Time Quantity Surveyor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in Ze-De WP Kuala Lumpur - Maukerja

Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent.

Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying or construction industry.

Experience in tendering, costing, progress claims, variation orders and subcontractor management.

Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications and contract documentation.

Knowledge of relevant construction contracts and commercial practices.

Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

Good analytical, numerical and negotiation skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Willing to travel to project sites when required.

Prepare, review and evaluate Bills of Quantities (BQ), quotations, tender documents and cost estimates.

Prepare tender submissions, tender analysis and comparison of subcontractor/supplier quotations.

Monitor project costs, budgets, variation orders and overall project expenditure.

Prepare and evaluate progress claims, payment certificates and subcontractor claims.

Prepare, monitor and maintain project cost reports and relevant commercial documentation.

Assist in the preparation and submission of variation orders, extension of time and other contractual matters.

Measure and value completed works based on drawings, specifications and site progress.

Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters.

Review contract documents, drawings, specifications and relevant project requirements.

Assist in final account preparation and settlement.

Conduct site measurements and verify work progress where required.

Ensure proper documentation and records are maintained throughout the project.

Perform any other duties related to quantity surveying and commercial matters as assigned.
