Sales Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively promote and demonstrate laptop products, IT products.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions.
• Prepare all POP materials for brand displays in outlets.
• Able to participate in roadshows.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Participate in promotional campaigns, events, and product launches.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail or showroom environment.
• Basic knowledge of IT products and their applications.
• 1 years of experience in sales, promotion, or customer service (IT industry is a plus).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Available to work on public holidays.
• Work well with a team.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
