Responsibilities
Job Summary
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and improving daily logistics and delivery operations to ensure efficient and timely service.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate daily delivery and collection operations to meet service deadlines and optimize resource use
Manage delivery schedules, route planning, and allocate resources to maximize operational efficiency
Monitor delivery progress and proactively resolve operational issues and delays to maintain service quality
Collaborate with customers, drivers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery processes
Track operational performance metrics and prepare detailed reports to support continuous improvement
Maintain accurate logistics documentation and delivery records for compliance and audit purposes
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure all logistics operations comply with company procedures and relevant regulations
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related field
Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are welcome to apply
Singapore Class 3 or Class 4 driving licence
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills demonstrated in logistics contexts
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
