Position Summary

UNHCR Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and organized Private Sector Partnership Assistant to support the Face-to-Face (F2F) fundraising programme. The successful candidate will provide administrative, reporting, operational and vendor management support to help ensure the efficient delivery of fundraising activities and donor engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day administration of the Face-to-Face fundraising programme.
• Assist in coordinating and monitoring external fundraising partners and in-house operations.
• Consolidate and prepare operational and fundraising performance reports.
• Support fundraiser recruitment, onboarding, training and engagement activities.
• Assist with site planning, territory management and field operations logistics.
• Support procurement, purchase orders, invoice processing and budget tracking.
• Assist in maintaining fundraising materials, equipment and assets.
• Provide administrative support as required by the PSP team.

Requirements

• Completion of secondary education; university education in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related fields is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience for candidates with secondary education, or fresh graduates with a Bachelor's degree are encouraged to apply.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
