Job Summary

The Event Crew is responsible for ensuring the safe and smooth daily operation of the temporary bouncy castle playground. The role includes providing excellent customer service, maintaining safety standards, monitoring children's play activities, handling admissions, and keeping the event area clean and presentable.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Service – Welcome customers and provide friendly assistance throughout their visit.
• Admission & Registration – Process customer admissions and perform house rules briefing.
• Safety Monitoring – Supervise the playground and ensure all guests follow the safety rules.
• Crowd Control – Manage customer flow and maintain a safe playground capacity.
• Equipment Check – Inspect the playground equipment and report any damage or safety concerns.
• Cleaning & Housekeeping – Keep the playground clean, tidy, and safe at all times.
• Cashier Duties – Handle customer payments accurately and follow cashier procedures.
• Event Support – Assist with the setup, operation, and dismantling of the event area.
• Reporting – Report any incidents, customer complaints, or operational issues to the Supervisor.
• General Duties – Perform any other duties assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

Requirements

• Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
• Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
• Able to communicate effectively with children and parents.
• Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.

Pay: RM12.00 per hour
