• Manage the overall daily operations and performance of the outlet, including sales, stock, cash handling, merchandising and administration.
• Lead, supervise, train and coach outlet staff to achieve sales targets and maintain good customer service and operational standards.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures and Retail Operations Standards.
• Monitor stock inventory and stock movement to ensure proper stock control and minimise discrepancies.
• Implement company promotional activities and localised promotions to support sales performance.
• Manage staff recruitment, manpower planning and shift scheduling, and handle customer and team complaints or issues when required.
• Perform any other related duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Job Requirement :

• Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in retail, customer service or sales, preferably with supervisory or outlet management experience.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good sales and customer service orientation with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Positive attitude, responsible, proactive and willing to learn.
