Social Media Manager (TikTok & E-Commerce)

About the Role

We are looking for a Social Media Manager with strong TikTok experience to manage and grow our brand’s social media presence, with a primary focus on TikTok, TikTok Shop and Affiliate Marketing.

This role is ideal for someone who understands how TikTok works beyond simply posting videos. You should be comfortable managing the backend of TikTok Shop, working with affiliates and creators, identifying content opportunities, and using social media to generate brand awareness, engagement and sales.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the brand’s TikTok account and TikTok Shop
• Manage and monitor TikTok Affiliate accounts/programmes
• Recruit, communicate and coordinate with TikTok affiliates, creators and KOLs
• Identify suitable creators and live hosts for product collaborations
• Plan and execute TikTok content strategies to increase reach, engagement and conversions
• Keep up with TikTok trends, viral content, sounds and platform updates
• Develop content ideas, hooks, captions and campaign concepts
• Coordinate product seeding and affiliate campaigns
• Monitor affiliate performance, content performance and sales results
• Manage product listings, promotions and campaigns on TikTok Shop
• Assist with TikTok LIVE strategies and live-commerce campaigns
• Analyse TikTok performance and recommend improvements based on data
• Manage other social media platforms such as Instagram and Facebook when required
• Work closely with the founder/team on launches, promotions and brand campaigns

What We’re Looking For

• Experience managing TikTok business accounts and/or TikTok Shop
• Familiar with TikTok Shop Seller Center and Affiliate Marketing
• Good understanding of TikTok algorithms, trends and content formats
• Able to identify content that can attract attention and drive conversions
• Experience working with influencers, affiliates or content creators is an advantage
• Basic content creation/video editing skills using tools such as CapCut or Canva
• Creative, proactive and comfortable testing new ideas
• Able to work independently and take ownership of social media performance
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Interest or experience in beauty, skincare, lifestyle or e-commerce is an advantage
