Job Title: Live Stream Talent Manager & Operations Specialist
Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive
Live Stream Talent Manager & Operations Specialist
to source, schedule, and manage our roster of Live Streamers and Content Creators. In this role, you will be the backbone of our live commerce operations—ensuring our streamers are booked, prepared with product knowledge, equipped with promotional campaigns, and executing high-performing live streams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Streamer & Talent Management
Recruitment & Booking:
Source, recruit, and onboard engaging Live Streamers, Hosts, and Content Creators to showcase our products.
Scheduling & Appointments:
Manage the live streaming calendar, arranging shift appointments and live slot bookings (morning and evening sessions).
Briefing & Direction:
Brief streamers prior to each go-live on product features, promotional mechanics, campaign goals, and script outlines.
2. Marketing & Campaign Operations
Promotional Mechanics:
Coordinate pre-stream marketing, flash deals, vouchers, product pin-links, and discount codes for each session.
Stream Promotions:
Plan teaser content and social media announcements to boost viewer turnout before live streams go live.
Performance Analysis:
Monitor live stream sales (GMV), viewer engagement, and conversion metrics to optimize future streamer schedules and marketing setups.
3. Studio & Live Stream Setup
Ensure product samples and inventory are organized in the studio before each broadcast.
Coordinate post-stream order processing and inventory reconciliation with the fulfillment team.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience:
Proven track record in Talent Management, Creator Operations, Influencer Marketing, or E-Commerce Operations.
Organizational Skills:
Excellent appointment scheduling, roster management, and calendar coordination skills.
Marketing Insight:
Understanding of e-commerce live stream platforms (TikTok Live, Shopee) and live promotional tactics.
Communication:
Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with streamers, negotiate schedules, and direct on-camera talent.
Flexibility:
Willingness to monitor or support morning or night live stream shifts as needed.
