About the role
We're partnering with a leading global insurer in Singapore to hire a Claims Transformation Subject Matter Expert. This is a permanent, high-visibility role supporting a major operations effectiveness programme, with a strong focus on redesigning claims processes using AI.
What you'll do
- Act as the SME on claims process redesign, embedding AI-driven solutions into day-to-day claims operations
- Identify where AI can improve claims handling, adjudication accuracy, and turnaround times
- Lead or support process mapping, gap analysis, and redesign workshops
- Contribute to UAT and validation of new AI-enabled claims workflows
- Partner with PMs/BAs and technology teams on the broader transformation roadmap
- Support regulatory and fair dealing requirements as they relate to claims handling
What we're looking for
- 5–10 years' experience in claims within insurance
- Demonstrated experience redesigning or transforming a claims process using AI — essential, not preferred
- Strong stakeholder management across ops, tech, and transformation teams
- PM/BA experience and UAT exposure an advantage but not required
- Comfortable operating in a fast-moving transformation environment
