- Manage the product strategy, customer journey and portfolio performance of the Core Cards portfolios targeting at youths, emerging and mass affluent segments, to support & contribute to the overall Cards & Personal Loans business goals and objectives
- Monitor market and competitive trends to identify gaps and opportunities, and develop value propositions for each of the card products through differentiated offerings and product innovation, to stay relevant to customers’ evolving needs
- Lead initiatives on digital solutions and other innovation that would drive customer engagement, enhance user experience, improve product delivery and servicing, optimise costs and operational efficiency, and streamline processes
