Responsibilities
About the role
Creative Pastry Chef with dessert or pastry experience, with an interest in creating healthy desserts.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and prepare desserts
- Develop new dessert concepts and seasonal creations
- Manage daily production independently
- Maintain consistent quality, taste, portion and presentation
- Manage inventory, stock control, ordering and ingredient usage
- Handle recipe standardisation, costing and minimise wastage
- Maintain hygiene, cleanliness and food safety standards
Requirements
- Creative, detail-oriented and passionate about pastry
- Fresh graduate are welcome
Pay: RM80.00 - RM150.00 per day
