Job Summary:
We’re hiring a
Pantry Attendant
to support our client’s office pantry. You’ll manage pantry restocking, inventory, and deliveries, while keeping the space clean and organized. The role requires basic English, ability to handle simple electronic devices, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Maintain and stock pantry areas daily to ensure supplies are sufficient.
Perform regular inventory checks and submit consolidated lists to the Admin Team.
Receive goods during delivery days and oversee stock-taking and sorting.
Keep pantry and storage areas clean and organized.
Assist with packing/unpacking, swag/gift distribution, and errands.
Conduct monthly analysis of items purchased from Kumpulan.
Attend monthly team meetings for updates and discussions.
Requirements:
Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
Able to work independently and responsibly.
Able to read and communicate in simple English.
Basic knowledge of using electronic devices (e.g., PDA).
Detail-oriented and organized.
Must have a clean background.
Punctual, conscientious, and dependable.
