Job Description
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating daily logistics and shipping activities, including shipment documentation, delivery tracking and POD verification.
Monitor shipment movements and follow up with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on shipping arrangements and delivery schedules.
Assist in managing damaged shipment claims and liaise with relevant parties for investigation and resolution.
Work with logistics planners to monitor customer shipment forecasts and support the preparation of logistics plans.
Coordinate incoming materials and outgoing finished products to ensure smooth and timely movement of goods.
Liaise with warehouse and facility teams on detrashing, waste disposal and recycling arrangements.
Coordinate with the Finance team to verify and follow up on supplier invoices.
Maintain effective communication with vendors and internal departments to improve logistics coordination and service efficiency.
Ensure shipping documentation and activities comply with customs requirements and international trade regulations.
Prepare regular logistics reports and maintain accurate shipment records.
