Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in finance or accounting.

Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Candidates who can communicate in Mandarin are preferred, as the role involves liaising mainly with Mandarin  clients.

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Good organizational and time management skills.

Working Days: 5 days per week

Handle daily finance and accounting operations.

Prepare and maintain financial records, reports, and documentation.

Manage invoices, payments, and other financial transactions.

Ensure financial records are accurate and properly maintained.

Liaise with clients regarding finance-related matters and payment arrangements.

Assist with financial reporting and other finance-related duties as assigned.
