Full Time BIM Modeller Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,500 in YANTRON (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. West Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for BIM Modellers to develop accurate 3D models of rail and road infrastructure from 2D engineering drawings, as-built plans and other project records.

Responsibilities

• Interpret structural drawings, piling records, alignment drawings and other engineering information for BIM modelling.
• Model stations, viaducts, bridges, underpasses, foundations and related structural elements according to the assigned scope.
• Prepare georeferenced models, drawings, sections, schedules and IFC deliverables.
• Check model geometry and attributes, resolve review comments and document discrepancies or modelling assumptions.
• Follow project modelling standards, quality procedures and data security requirements.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant BIM modelling experience.
• A certificate, diploma or equivalent qualification in BIM, civil or structural engineering, construction, drafting or a related field.
• Proficiency in Revit or Bentley OpenBridge Designer / Bentley OpenRoads Designer.
• Ability to read and interpret 2D engineering and as-built drawings.
• Ability to work from our Singapore office and undergo project security clearance.

Preferred

• Experience with Civil 3D.
• Experience in infrastructure projects, especially rail, road or bridge works.
• Experience working on LTA projects.
• Experience with georeferenced modelling and IFC exports.
