Full Time OPERATIONS COORDINATOR Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,500 in YACHT INTERNATIONAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

• Receive and coordinate launch boat and supply boat bookings.
• Arrange schedules for passenger transfers, vessel stores, provisions and cargo deliveries.
• Assign boats and coordinate with captains, crew and counter staff.
• Liaise with shipping agents, customers and suppliers on booking details, loading arrangements and delivery timings.
• Monitor boat movements and provide timely updates to customers.
• Maintain accurate booking records, trip details and delivery documents.
• Handle urgent bookings and schedule changes.

Requirements

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to multitask and handle a fast-paced working environment.
• Responsible, responsive and a good team player.
• Basic computer skills, including Excel and email.
• Experience in marine, shipping or logistics operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays to support 24/7 operations.
