Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
2. Develop project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource allocation plans.
3. Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of key milestones.
4. Manage project risks, technical issues, changes, and escalations.
5. Conduct regular project meetings and provide progress reports to management and customers.
6. Manage project costs, resources, and delivery commitments.
7. Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements.
8. Drive continuous improvement in project execution and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, Electrical, Manufacturing or a related discipline.
2. Minimum 5 years of project management or relevant semiconductor industry experience.
3. Strong project planning, scheduling, and execution skills.
4. Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects.
5. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
