Our client, a leading global financial services organisation, is seeking Client Consultants across multiple experience levels to join their consulting practice in Kuala Lumpur on a 12-month contract.

The Role

Working across multiple client engagements, you will:

• Partner with client stakeholders to frame business priorities, structure complex problems and develop actionable recommendations
• Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify opportunities across portfolio growth, performance improvement and customer engagement
• Build consulting frameworks, business cases, operating models and implementation roadmaps
• Develop and present executive-ready materials that communicate complex ideas with clarity
• Facilitate workshops and governance discussions to drive alignment and decision-making
• Manage assigned workstreams and contribute to proposals, client relationships and team development

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you bring:

• 2-10 years of experience in management consulting, financial services or banking
• A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or a related field
• A structured consulting toolkit covering problem-solving, analytics and stakeholder management
• Experience in client-facing projects; senior candidates should demonstrate engagement leadership
• Knowledge of financial services; exposure to cards, payments, loyalty or digital banking is an advantage
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel; familiarity with data visualisation tools is a plus
