Full Time Project Manager Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in MCCT SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Managing & executing of engineering project to meet customer delivery timelines
• Manage and documentation of project activities
• Responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing project cost control
• Analytical decision-making skill
• Manage clients/ sub-contractors
• Perform a technical site survey/ walk at the site
• Assist coordinator to provide information during the survey until submission of technical report/ proposal
• Support tender submissions by preparing BOQs, technical proposals, material specifications, and engineering clarifications.
• Ensure compliance with the Company's Quality Management System (QMS), support engineering audits, and drive continuous process improvements.

Job Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• 4–6 years of proven experience in the electrical contractor industry.
• Hands-on experience managing at least two core functions such as technical, quantity surveying, or site operations.
• Successfully managed and delivered at least one full project cycle from start to completion.
• Excellent leadership, team coordination, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to manage diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Sharp analytical thinking and risk awareness, with the ability to identify and resolve on-site challenges swiftly.
• Proficient in cost control, schedule management, quality assurance, and compliance with Malaysian engineering and safety regulations.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
