Full Time AGENCY DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 7,000 in Eddie Consultancy Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to recruit new agents and expand the agency network.
• Drive sales performance and achieve business growth targets.
• Recruit, train, coach and develop agents and agency leaders.
• Monitor sales performance, productivity and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build strong relationships with agents, business partners and potential recruits.
• Identify new business opportunities and develop market expansion strategies.
• Prepare performance reports and ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• Experience in sales, recruitment, business development, insurance or takaful is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and develop business opportunities.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented and able to work independently.
• Experience in managing or developing a sales team is an added advantage.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
