Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations on Shopee, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Process, pick, pack, and prepare daily customer orders for shipment.
• Moderate live-streaming sessions and assist with live commerce operations.
• Create engaging social media content, including videos, posters, and promotional materials.
• Manage social media accounts and respond to customer enquiries.
• Assist in planning and executing online campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor sales performance and support online sales growth.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Must be familiar with Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Photoshop (PS).
• Basic knowledge of social media and e-commerce platforms.
• Creative, proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
• Comfortable with both digital marketing tasks and hands-on operational work.
