- Prepare financial plans and analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
- Develop budgets and forecasts that provide a clear view of financial performance.
- Review financial results and identify key movements, trends and areas for attention.
- Prepare management reports that present financial information in a clear and practical format.
- Analyse variances between actual results, budgets and forecasts to support timely action.
- Work with relevant teams to gather financial inputs and improve the quality of planning data.
- Support reporting cycles by ensuring financial analysis is accurate, consistent and timely.
- Provide financial insights that help stakeholders assess business performance and priorities.
A Successful 'Senior FP&A Analyst' Should Have
- Strong capability in financial planning and analysis.
- Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and financial reports.
- Ability to analyse financial performance and explain key variances.
- Confidence working with financial data to produce practical business insights.
- Sound understanding of management reporting and planning cycles.
- Ability to work accurately with financial information and deadlines.
